From the Glash\u00fctte Original Vintage Collection<\/strong>, today we are looking at the Sixties Panorama Date<\/strong> featuring a varnish green dial. The Glash\u00fctte Vintage Collection is a group of watches that are modern interpretations of true design classics. Two exciting periods on the previous century serves as inspiration for these timepieces. The 60’s and 70’s models in the collection are contemporary interpretation of two dynamic decades who’s ideals, music, arquitecture and design changed the world forever.

The Glash\u00fctte Original Sixties Panorama Date we have here is both, striking and stylish at once with the typical round forms and distinctive arabic numerals of the 60’s watches that invoke the characteristic look of the 1960s. The vibrant spirit of that period is captured by the retro modern timepieces such as this Panorama Date, this model is a simple yet elegant three hand analogue timepiece with a panorama date complication just above the six o’clock on the dial.<\/p>\n

The dial itself has an imprint pattern varnished in green and black with a degrade effect that features white Arabic numerals diamond cut our markers with luminous spots and a hands are partially filled with super-luminova glowing in the dark luminescence. The case is done in stainless steel and entirely of a high polished finish it is 42 millimeters in diameter across the round of the case not including the crown and features 30 metres of water resistance, the crown is signed with a “GG” Glash\u00fctte logo. Internally and visibly through the exhibition case back the watch runs on the calibre 39-47 automatic movement and in-house manufacturer movement it is exquisitely finished and shows off a 21 carat gold adorned oscillation weight, the movement is 39 jewels has a 40 hour power reserve and runs at 4 Hertz or 28,800 vibrations per hour.<\/p>\n

The Glash\u00fctte Sixties Panorama Date is found right on a black calfskin leather strap features a clean moderately contrasting stitch pattern around the periphery and is minimally bolstered for comfort. The hardware is assigned and high polished stainless steel pin buckle available both with and without the Panorama Date, the Glash\u00fctte Original Vintage collection 60’s series of watches are contemporary timepieces with elegant and classical styling.<\/p>\n
