The steel hour    and minute hands are available in a choice of finishes, including    grained, polished or heat blued. A generously proportioned,    small-seconds display is positioned at 6 o’clock. It features a    heat-blued hand rotating above Garrick’s own interpretation of a    sunburst motif. The central area of the dial and small-seconds display    are engin-tuned on one of Garrick'c historic rose engine lathes    heightening the model’s visual appeal.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe 38mm case is formed of    904L stainless steel, a grade that provides superior  scratch-resistance   and a notably brilliant gleam. Alternatively, an  18-carat gold case is   also available. The sapphire crystal is treated  with anti-reflective   coating, augmenting legibility, while the  exhibition case back affords   views of the beautifully appointed  hand-wound movement.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eUnlike   Garrick’s costlier models which  feature the brand’s proprietary   movement, the S7 is equipped with a  vintage Swiss calibre. However, this   movement is modified by Garrick  and includes the brand’s own bridges  as  well as rhodium-plated and  hand-frosted surfaces. The movement is   endowed with a traditional  balance with swan neck regulator.
