The ReSec Snake draws its inspiration from nature’s most precise predators. Venomous, silent, and built for calculated movement — the serpent’s elegance and tension informed every detail. Its hypnotic green dial, 3D regulator layout, and flickering retrograde seconds evoke a coiled readiness. Limited to 100 pieces, this is modern mechanics with a bite.

The new manufacture movement from Chronoswiss, marks a significant advancement in the brand's engineering excellence. First introduced in the Delphis line 2023 (C.6004), this movement is distinguished by its ruthenium plating, a tungsten rotor and a Côtes de Genève finishing radiating from the center & echoing the brand's signature ray Guilloché. Developed in collaboration with La Joux-Perret, featuring 55 hours of Power reserve this complex movement is to be found in the next generation timepieces of Chronoswiss.

Chronoswiss increasingly favors titanium for its lightness and strength. With the best strength-to-weight ratio among metals, titanium is highly sought after in aerospace. As it is corrosion-resistant and skin-friendly Chronoswiss exclusively selects Grade 5, the toughest available titanium alloy, ensuring unparalleled durability. The ReSec Snake features a green PVD-coated titanium case.

Guilloché is a traditional technique, which engraves detailed, interwoven lines on surfaces, creating unique light patterns. Chronoswiss excels in this art, producing dials with precise, radiating designs using two main guilloché machines: the straight-line and rose engine. Despite the absence of manuals for over two centuries, Master-Guillocheurs have maintained their expertise through a deep understanding of these machines. Creating one of those complex dials takes several hours. Today, Chronoswiss's guilloché dials stand as both a tribute to and a celebration of this enduring craft, showcasing its timeless appeal with a modern twist.

Chronoswiss harnesses the versatility of PVD coatings to infuse watch cases and dials with vibrant hues and color-shifting tones. This complex gas-phase process enables precise, uniform coatings even on complex surfaces, optimizing for durability, resistance, and aesthetic appeal.

The idea behind the new ReSec Manufacture was the meticulous refinement of one of our most coveted models. Adopting a 42mm case, we've sculpted its presence in high-grade titanium for a sleeker, lighter experience. The dial has been redesigned for symmetry and transparency, showcasing the beauty of our newest in-house movement. It's more than a timepiece; it's a Next Generation emblem of innovation and craftsmanship, marking a future-forward step for Chronoswiss.
