The Backstory
Phil Toledano—better known to collectors as "Mr. Enthusiast"—and designer Alfred Chan created the B/1 as a direct response to the Brutalist jewelry-watches of the 1970s, drawing specific inspiration from Marcel Breuer's Whitney Museum (now the Met Breuer). Each release is capped at 300 pieces, delivered in the brand's signature concrete presentation box. The B/1.3r marks the first time the duo has worked with precious metal for the dial surface.
