The Atelier Wen Millésime 2025 Perception 漩 (Xuán) is the brand’s second Millésime release and a significant evolution of its architectural design language. This edition is defined by its natural pietersite dial, cut by hand and selected for its layered, flowing patterns—each dial unique in appearance, with deep blue and charcoal tones that shift under changing light.
The watch is housed in a 40mm 904L stainless steel case with a slim 9.4mm overall thickness, offering strong wrist presence without excessive bulk. Finishing alternates between brushed and polished surfaces, reinforcing the watch’s architectural character. A double-domed sapphire crystal with multi-layer anti-reflective coating ensures excellent legibility, while the semi-display caseback features a textured surround and engraved detailing that reflect Atelier Wen’s attention to design consistency.
Inside, the Perception Xuán is powered by a customised, extra-thin Peacock SL1588A automatic movement, beating at 28,800 vph with an approximate 41-hour power reserve. The movement is decorated with circular côtes de Genève, heat-blued screws, and a tungsten rotor with black rhodium plating, and is regulated in multiple positions for dependable daily performance.
The integrated 904L stainless steel bracelet features individually chamfered links, quick-release spring bars, and a proprietary on-the-fly micro-adjustment system for precise fit and comfort. With 100 meters of water resistance, the Millésime 2025 Perception Xuán is designed to be worn daily while offering a level of dial craftsmanship and cultural depth rarely found in this segment.
This model is well suited for collectors seeking distinctive materials, thoughtful design, and modern mechanical reliability, rather than mass-produced luxury conventions.
