Key Points:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging, warranty cards, manuals, stickers, tags, and accessories.
- Unique custom pieces or items shipped outside the US are not eligible.
- Any worn, altered, or damaged item (including strap/bracelet changes) cannot be returned.
- Pre-owned watches must be returned in the same condition with all original accessories.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and cost.
- Customs fees/taxes are non-refundable.

- If approved, we’ll send shipping instructions.
- Ship the watch promptly — returns must be shipped within 7 days of the date you receive your package.
- After inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (4–10 business days).
