Return Policy

We want every customer to be 100% satisfied. That’s why we offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date your package is delivered.

Key Points:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging, warranty cards, manuals, stickers, tags, and accessories.
  • Unique custom pieces or items shipped outside the US are not eligible.
  • Any worn, altered, or damaged item (including strap/bracelet changes) cannot be returned.
  • Pre-owned watches must be returned in the same condition with all original accessories.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and cost.
  • Customs fees/taxes are non-refundable.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Email team@exquisitetimepieces.com for return authorization.
  2. If approved, we’ll send shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the watch promptly — returns must be shipped within 7 days of the date you receive your package.
  4. After inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (4–10 business days).
