The Pink Lotus dial of the Czapek Antarctique S Sashiko watch features a three-dimensional stamped pattern based on a stylized lotus flower, which appears to alternate between a pure sugary pink and a soft hint of mauve as the light plays across it. A velvet-brushed ring provides a backdrop for the finely sculpted trapezoid indexes, lending an elegant refinement to the dial. The SXH5.01 automatic caliber movement is entirely conceived in-house by Czapek, featuring a microrotor and a free-sprung balance wheel with variable inertia provided by four gold adjustable weights. The Antarctique cut of the elongated index markers is an entirely new diamond cut designed for Czapek by Adrian Buchmann of Fuzion Ltd. The watch comes with a quick-change system that enables owners to switch between the brushed metal bracelet and a selection of calf or rubber straps.
