Charismatic in stainless steel
The Serenade Luna in ‘Skyline Blue’ combines feminine shapes, precious materials and precise mechanics with the highest level of watchmaking craftsmanship. Its 32.5 mm stainless steel case frames a blue mother-of-pearl dial, whose colour changes depending on the incidence of light. A sky-blue Louisiana alligator leather strap or a cool stainless steel bracelet completes this elegant women’s watch.
Handmade dial in Skyline Blue
The mother-of-pearl dial is handmade and captivates with its sophisticated appearance bearing the name ‘Skyline Blue’ for good reason. On the reverse side, the delicate material is coated with several layers of dark blue lacquer. Due to the natural properties of the material, the colour of the dial changes from light, silvery blue to a dark, dramatic smoky blue. This effect is reminiscent of the glass facades of an urban skyline.
Refined and powerful presence
Sparkling diamonds and polished stainless steel complement the appearance of the dial, contrasting the soft shimmer of the mother-of-pearl with a cool shine. The bezel, set with 48 brilliant-cut diamonds, is echoed in the diamond indexes and the small silver stars of the magnificent moon phase display at 6 o’clock. This is also made of mother-of-pearl. The moon phase mechanism is extremely precise and only needs to be corrected by one day after 122 years.
Hand-finished movement
Inside, the Serenade Luna in ‘Skyline Blue’ proves to be a real powerhouse. The hand-finished, automatic manufactory Calibre 35 offers a reliable running time of 60 hours. The silicon balance spring also makes this elegant timepiece insensitive to temperature fluctuations and magnetic fields. The sapphire crystal case back allows admiring glances at the mechanical movement and its elaborate finishes, which are created by hand in our Glashütte manufactory.
