Meistersinger EDVT-RedBar Vintago Red Wine
Dial
The Vintago features a clearly structured dial. The special red wine dial is an homage to RedBar’s signature color. This limited edition eschews the standard multi-date aperture for a more well-balanced design, by removing the date completely.
Case
The finely brushed stainless steel case is 38 mm in diameter, water-resistant up to 5 bar, and fitted with a dome-shaped sapphire glass over the dial, domed. The sixfold screwed glass exhibition back features the iconic RedBar logo.
Movement
The Swiss Sellita SW200 automatic movement, which is specially modified for MeisterSinger’s single-hand watches, quietly ticks inside the Vintago. The rotor provides the watch with a power reserve of 38 hours.
Features
With its functional typography and dome-shaped glass over the uncluttered dial, the Vintago is reminiscent of the austere design language of the 1960s and with its slender case, it also looks especially good on a small wrist. The Vintago has received the iF Design Award for its overall design concept. This special edition features the RedBar logo on the exhibition case back and a unique red wine dial.
Reading a single-hand watch
Each line in the outer circle of MeisterSinger’s single-hand watches stands for exactly 5 minutes. The hand is therefore both an hour hand and a minute hand. For example, if the hand points to the fifth stroke after ten, the time is 10:25.
The line hierarchy typical of MeisterSinger single-hand watches additionally divides the time display into half and quarter hours, thus making it easier to read off the time accurately.
