An automatic dress watch with an elegant date display. With the NOMOS ring date, the current day is displayed along the edge of the dial, framed by two color markers. It is intuitive to read, offers additional functionality by showing the entire month at a glance, and complements the clean face of the iconic NOMOS Tangente. Housed in a 38.5-millimeter case, the patented technology behind the ring date fits many wrists.
On the white silver-plated dial, the red date markers clearly catch the eye. Their discreet positioning at the dial's edge is made possible by the technology behind them, as the caliber’s date ring is positioned around the outside of the gear train. Manufactured by NOMOS in Glashütte, Germany.

The black oxidized NOMOS thread hands accentuate the character of the slim and precise Tangente typography. The off-center sub-seconds dial is traditionally recessed – a modern classic with a legally protected designation of origin: Glashütte, Germany.
The sapphire crystal back offers a view of the mechanical movement within: DUW 6101 features a patented date mechanism that can be adjusted quickly and reliably in both directions with a very short locking time. The power reserve is 50 hours.
At just 7.4 millimeters in height, this automatic dress watch with a date function is exceptionally slim. The angled lugs and straight case are characteristic of Tangente and are not found on any other model in the collection.

In-house built caliber DUW 6101
In all NOMOS calibers, the date ring is placed around the movement. In neomatik date, this caliber is particularly large. The first neomatik caliber with a date mechanism, it remains wonderfully slender. The date display can be made even clearer, and is particularly legible.
