Erotic watches, frequently embellished by mechanisms, could already be found in the past in pocket or portable models, as the spectacular "The Alliance between Love and Wine" dated 1810 and ascribed to Piguet & Capt, one of the watchmaking masters of that period; or "The Virtues of Perfect Governance", dated the same epoch, attributed to the Genivan Isaac Daniel Piguet. From then on, countless were the watches made with an erotic subject, created by expert artisans or famous manufacturers who in the Calvinist Switzerland not always used to sign them.
