SKELETON WATCH WITH STAINLESS STEEL CASE AND BLUE DIAL
The Waltz N°1 Skeleton Blue Danube is an exclusive limited edition of 7 skeleton watches coated with Crystal Guard, developed in cooperation with Chronotheory. The skeletonized automatic watch is handcrafted according to the highest quality standards of Swiss watchmaking.
The dial is partly opened, revealing the skeletonized ultra-thin movement caliber 5401/180 with hand polished and finished black angles. The collector’s watch combines the highest watchmaking expertise with a contemporary design.
MOVEMENT
The Waltz N°1 Skeleton Blue Danube is an exclusive limited edition of 7 skeleton watches coated with Crystal Guard, developed in cooperation with Chronotheory. It is equipped with the ultra-thin automatic movement VMF 5401/180. The movement has been open-worked by the hands of master craftsmen, revealing the delicate blue bridges and angles. A decentralized micro-rotor provides the watch with a power reserve of 48 hours.
CASE
The skeletonized wristwatch boasts a stainless-steel case playing with the contrast of matte and polished surfaces, creating a sophisticated design. Rounded lugs and smooth design transitions provide maximum comfort. The delicate movement is visible through the sapphire crystal glass case-back. The case is coated by Crystal Guard Chrono Armor, which creates a micro-thin crystal glass layer on the surfaces of your wrist watches for more gloss and protection from scratches.
DIAL
The dial is of a unique blue (Bleu Oxidé). Its characteristic guilloche pattern, which is divided in half by vertical and horizontal striping, is opened along these lines, revealing the movement beneath. The rotating small seconds indicator at 6 o’ clock is cut out of the same striping. It is aligned with the dial’s pattern as it waltzes in a perfect circle once per minute.
STRAP AND BUCKLE
The strap of the automatic skeleton watch is made of high-quality blue alligator leather with blue stitching. The pattern on the inside of the bracelet was inspired by the minimalist aesthetics of Adolf Loos and was designed especially for Carl Suchy & Söhne. A stainless steel safety buckle, adorned by Carl Suchy & Söhne’s historic double-griffon logo, offers maximum comfort.
