Seiko 145th Anniversary Limited Edition
Limited edition of 800 pieces
Seiko celebrates 145 years with a new King Seiko VANAC featuring a striking contrast of silver-white and blue.
The second series of commemorative limited-edition watches celebrating Seiko’s 145th anniversary features blue accents inspired by “Seiko Blue.” Introduced in the 1960s and refined over time, “Seiko Blue” continues to embody the Seiko brand identity.
A new limited-edition VANAC model is introduced with blue accents inspired by “Seiko Blue.” The watch’s silver-white dial is accented with a vivid blue index ring that recalls the bold bezel design of the original VANAC from the 1970s. Lumibrite on the indexes and hands ensures clear legibility.
Inspired by Tokyo’s endless horizon, the bezel-less stainless-steel case features strong angularity and an elegant shape, complemented by a refined finish and a distinctive “V” motif on the dial and the seconds hand, expressing the VANAC identity.
The watch is powered by Seiko’s Caliber 8L45 mechanical movement, which provides an ample power reserve and exceptional precision.
The case back is adorned with a blue shield logo, inspired by the King Seiko emblem from the 1960s. The oscillating weight and bridges are finished with a refined wave pattern, visible through the sapphire crystal case back, adding a touch of understated elegance.
As a mark of its exclusivity, each watch’s case back is inscribed with the words “LIMITED EDITION” and an individual serial number.
