The Longines Spirit collection is an inspiration to the brand's pioneering spirit since its early days. The edition combines the pilot's traditional designs to assume a contemporary design. All timepieces in the collection have a state of the art technology with chronometer-certified movements.

The collection comes with three interchangeable straps. Exclusively for all timepieces in the edition, the model includes a quick-release mechanism that allows you to swap between the straps.

Bracelet

An exclusive feature among the Longines Spirit Prestige Edition watches is the bracelet. The watches come with three straps; a stainless steel bracelet, a brown leather strap, and the NATO-style leather strap.

The straps are integrated with a quick-release mechanism that enables you to switch between the straps without any tools. The collection is called the Prestige edition mainly because of this quick release function.

This design, however, comes in the stainless bracelet with the other straps packed in the boxing. The bracelet has a triple folding clasp buckle with push buttons that firmly hold the watch onto the wrist.

Case

This watch has a solid stainless steel case and has a screwed in case back. The watch has crystal sapphire glass with multiple scratch-resistant layers, which have also been infused with an anti-reflective coating. Also, it has a water resistance of up to 100 meters (10 bars).

At the 10 o'clock position is a screw-down pusher, which acts as a quick change function for the date, making it different from other timepieces. The case sits nicely on the wrist, making it very comfortable for daily wear. Its lugs also taper down nicely in a polished finish, which complements the rest of the watch.

The Dial

It has a white silver dial calibrated with applied Arabic Numerals and has a textured shimmery finish. The minute track is slightly raised in the high polished edge where it meets with the dial. The second hand also has a diamond marker at its edge.

The timepiece has luminous applied hour numerals. The minute and hour hands of the watch are black with a Swiss Super Luminova (luminous). Additionally, it displays the date at 3 o'clock. The Prestige edition has a caliber L888.4 automatic movement based on ETA A31.L11. It is a 21 jewel and runs at 25,200 vibrations per hour with monocrystalline balance-spring. The timepiece has a power reserve of approximately 64 hours. This Longines watch is Chronometer COSC certified, meets all the standards, and is accurate to minus 4 and plus 6 seconds a day. The watch's key functionalities are the date, time, hours, minutes, and seconds.

The silicon spiral spring is a unique innovation for the Longines Spirit Edition. The spring makes the watch less susceptible to changes in the environment and other environmental conditions.
