“Simple” and “Sophistication” may sound like two contradictory words. However, the two words are wonderfully apt when describing Les Classiques Date.
On one hand, simplicity is delivered by three hands, one date. It’s that simple, or, so it may seem at first.
However, sophistication is granted by the distilled creation of the handsome Les Clas- siques Date. Each element has been the subject of prolonged consideration. In seve- ral instances seemingly small details when viewed in isolation, actually influence the whole appearance of the chosen model when combined. The would-be wearer has a vast choice of variants to meet their specific desires.
The 38mm case diameter is restrained in character exhibiting decorum and avoiding excessive flamboyance.
Glancing at the rear of the case, the wearer is reminded of the fine Swiss automatic Calibre ML115 that beats within (ML155 on gold execution). The rhodium-plated mo- vement is traditionally decorated with perlage and Côtes de Genève motif.
The dials of the three pink gold models are available in silver with either sandblasted or sun-ray finish or alternatively a black gold dial with a sun-ray finish.
Faceted indexes tastefully mark the hours. The Hours and Mi- nutes hands are diamond cut and the slim central seconds hand is polished to a brilliant gleam.
A pink gold applied “Guichet”, or frame, surrounds the date. Its angled profile draws the eye towards the date disc, enhancing legibility.
A printed minute track frames the extremities of the dial.
