LUXURY WATCH WITH 18K GOLD CASE AND BLUE DIAL
Blue like the Vienna Danube – The Waltz N°1 Blue Danube Gold combines a highest-quality 18-carat gold case with a deep blue dial. The golden wristwatch with automatic movement is handmade in a strictly limited production series with the highest quality watchmaking standards in Switzerland.
The minimalist golden automatic watch pays homage to the purist elegance of Viennese modernism and the golden pocket watches that the Austrian company produced around 1900 for its imperial customers. Only high-quality parts sourced 100% from Switzerland and purest gold (750 Au) is used for the unique watches with engraved serial numbers.
MOVEMENT
Die Waltz N°1 Blue Danube Gold is equipped with an extra-flat automatic movement caliber VMF 5401 with a decentralized micro-rotor, providing the watch with a power reserve of 48 hours. The movement is expertly finished with beautiful Geneva Stripes and hand-polished bevels.
CASE
The 18ct gold case of the Waltz N°1 Blue Danube Gold forms a luminous contrast to the blue dial. Fluid design transitions to the bezel and the lugs give a distinctive appearance and highest wearing comfort. The movement is visible through the anti-reflective sapphire glass bottom.
DIAL
The dial is blue (Bleu Oxidé) and optically divided into two parts by a vertically and horizontally lined guilloche pattern. The rotating second disc at 6 o’clock, made of an identical pattern, matches the dial’s every full minute – for the Viennese sense of time, in which the second does not count. The hands and indices are gold.
STRAP AND BUCKLE
The Waltz N ° 1 Blue Danube Gold is equipped with a blue silk-matt genuine alligator strap. The decoration on the strap’s inside is a homage to the Viennese architect Adolf Loos and was developed especially for us. Carl Suchy & Söhne’s historical heraldic logo adorns the 18ct yellow gold safety clasp.
