Wonderfully beautiful, well proportioned, and clear: That is Metro 38 Datum. The sister model to Metro is a touch (or 1.5 millimeters, to be exact) larger than the original Metro-and since it does without a power reserve indicator, also a tick more paired-down. The white silver-plated dial with the NOMOS long-distance date appears elegant and modern, while the blue hour indexes at three, nine, and twelve contrast beautifully with the red seconds hand. And of course, Metro 38 Datum has swing; which is to say, it features the NOMOS swing system.
