The Waltz N°1 Gold honours the timeless elegance of Viennese Modernism and pays homage to Carl Suchy & Söhne’s hand-crafted golden pocket watches produced around this time. The Waltz N°1 Gold combines classic design with a pure 18-carat gold case.
MOVEMENT
The Waltz N°1 Gold is equipped with the ultra-slim automatic movement VMF 5401 with micro-rotor and Geneva stripes decor. The masterpiece’s hand polished angles and bridges are visible through the sapphire glass bottom.
CASE
The Waltz N°1 boasts a precious pure gold case made of high-quality 18-carat yellow gold (750 Au). Rounded lugs and a height of only 9.3 mm ensure that the watch sits comfortably on the wrist.
DIAL
The dial is white and optically divided in half by vertical and horizontal guilloche lines. A identically patterned seconds disc at 6 o’clock rotates in circles and aligns with the dial’s pattern at every full minute – for the Viennese sense of time in which the second never counts. The hands and indices are gold.
STRAP AND BUCKLE
The Waltz N ° 1 Gold boasts a silk matt black alligator leather strap with a folding clasp made of 18ct yellow gold, which is adorned with the historical logo of Carl Suchy & Söhne.
