The Seiko Prospex SPB385 features an ice-blue dial with an intricate texture that mimics the glaciers found in the Arctic and Antarctic. This unique design pays homage to Seiko's history of producing reliable and durable watches that were used by adventurers and researchers on expeditions to the polar regions.
The watch's case and bracelet are identical to the other models in the collection (SPB381 and SPB383), but the limited edition version comes with an additional strap made entirely of recycled plastic bottles. This strap was crafted using a traditional Japanese braiding technique called Seichu, adding to the watch's eco-friendly appeal.
The Seiko Prospex SPB385 is not only visually stunning, but it also boasts impressive features. The watch has a water resistance of up to 200 meters, making it suitable for diving and water sports. It also has a highly legible dial with Lumibrite technology and a unidirectional rotating bezel for easy control.
